Beijing Railway Signal Factory (hereinafter referred to as BRSF) is a wholly-owed subsidiary company of China Railway Signal & Communication Corp. (hereinafter referred to as CRSC), is one of the China Top 500 enterprises for manufacture of traffic transport equipment, and a high-tech enterprise in Beijing. Its main businesses are manufacturing and selling of railway traffic signal system equipment (including automatic block products, station signal and coding products, on-board signal and train over-speed protection products), and providing technical services. BRSF has passed the ISO9001 international quality control system certification in 1996, and also passed the ISO9001-2000 quality control system certification in 2002. The main products of factory have won the second prize of State Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress awarded by Ministry of Railway.

BRSF is one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaging in developing & manufacturing railway section frequency-shift products. Products of BRSF have been spread over all the railway administrations and locomotive factories in the country, especially, ZPW－2000A jointless track circuit automatic block equipment and integrated cab signal equipment have been played an important role in the fifth and sixth speed-ups of Chinese railway.
